Xi'an Jianqu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") operates JQLog. We value your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
This Policy applies to the JQLog mobile application and related services provided by us. App stores, payment providers, sign-in platforms, push providers, and third-party services that you choose to connect operate independently and process information under their own privacy terms.
Please read this Policy before using JQLog. Where required by law, we will request separate consent before processing sensitive personal information, accessing certain device permissions, or providing information to another data controller. Declining optional information or permissions will not affect features that do not require them.
1. Information We Process and Why
We process only information reasonably necessary for specified purposes. The exact scope depends on your device, operating system, distribution channel, and the features you enable.

If a feature requires information not described above, we will explain the purpose, method, and scope through an in-app notice, permission prompt, or an updated version of this Policy.
2. Local Data and Device Permissions
Logs and record content are stored on your device by default in accordance with the design of the current app version. We process information through a network only when necessary for a feature you choose, such as signing in, purchasing, requesting support, backing up, syncing, importing, or exporting. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or losing a device may erase local data that has not been backed up.
JQLog may request the following permissions when you use a related feature:
- Notifications: deliver record reminders and necessary service notices that you enable.
- Files, photos, or media: read or write only the items and locations you select for an attachment, image, import, export, or backup.
- Network access: support sign-in, purchase verification, push notifications, support requests, and necessary service communication.
- Device identifier capabilities: support push delivery, device compatibility, security, or abuse prevention in certain Android channels, only when necessary for the relevant feature.
- Background operation or auto-start: deliver reminders or push notifications that you enable. Device manufacturers may expose this as a special setting; disabling it can delay or prevent reminders.
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Denying a permission unrelated to a feature will not disable other core features.
3. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Different JQLog platforms and distribution channels may use the following third-party services or technical components for distribution, sign-in, payment, network communication, device identification, or push delivery:

Enabled services vary by operating system, app version, and download channel. The current in-app feature, authorization screen, and third-party service list provide the applicable details. Third parties may independently process information under their own policies. We require providers to process information only for agreed purposes and perform appropriate reviews of integrations, but information processed after you independently enter a third-party service is controlled by that provider.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The JQLog mobile app does not rely on conventional web cookies for its core recording features. Web pages opened in the app, support pages, or third-party pages may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies under the relevant provider's rules. You can manage them through your browser or device settings.
5. Storage Location and Retention
We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account the account lifecycle, feature requirements, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. At the end of the applicable period, we delete or anonymize the information. If deletion is temporarily impracticable or continued retention is legally required, we restrict processing to necessary storage.
Personal information collected from users in mainland China is generally stored in mainland China. If a cross-border transfer is necessary, we will provide the legally required notice, obtain separate consent where required, and implement applicable safeguards.
You control data held locally on your device. Deleting a local record, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app may remove device data, but does not necessarily delete order records, security logs, or third-party platform records that must be retained separately.
6. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
We do not provide personal information to another data controller except when:
- it is necessary to perform sign-in, payment, purchase, push delivery, backup, sync, sharing, or support that you choose, and only the minimum information is provided to the relevant service provider;
- we obtain authorization or separate consent where required by applicable law;
- information must be transferred in a merger, separation, restructuring, asset transfer, or similar transaction, in which case we will provide required notice and require the recipient to remain bound by this Policy; or
- disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
We do not publicly disclose personal information unless we have obtained separate consent or disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction of, supplementation of, or deletion of your personal information; withdraw consent; manage device permissions; close your account; and request an explanation of our processing rules.
You can use the settings, account, or feedback controls available in JQLog, or email service@jianqu.tech. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request to protect your account and information. We will respond within the period required by law and explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request.
After account closure, we stop providing account-dependent services and delete or anonymize associated personal information as required, except information retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security. Closing a JQLog account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store or payment provider; you must cancel it through that platform.
8. Information Security
We use risk-appropriate access controls, transmission safeguards, permission management, logging, and secure-development practices intended to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Hashing or encrypting a device identifier may reduce direct-identification risk, but does not necessarily make that information anonymous or remove it from the scope of data protection law.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial action and provide legally required notices or reports. Please protect your device, account credentials, backup files, and third-party passwords, and never disclose verification codes or authorization tokens to others.
9. Children and Minors
Users under 18 should review and use JQLog with a parent or legal guardian. Where we process personal information of a child under 14 in mainland China, we obtain the guardian's consent and follow specialized processing rules as required by law.
If a guardian believes that a minor provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us using the details below so that we can verify and address the request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when our features, processing activities, or legal obligations change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you through a prominent in-app notice, pop-up, website notice, or another appropriate method, and seek renewed consent where required. An updated Policy will state its version, publication date, update date, and effective date.
