This Agreement is between you and Xi'an Jianqu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of HabitDone. It applies to the HabitDone mobile application and related services that we provide.

Please read this Agreement carefully, particularly the provisions on payments, limitations of liability, service changes, and dispute resolution. By accepting this Agreement, registering, purchasing, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to it. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

This Agreement, the HabitDone Privacy Policy, in-app feature notices, purchase-page disclosures, and lawfully published feature-specific rules form the agreement between you and us. If a feature-specific rule conflicts with this Agreement, the rule clearly displayed for that feature controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

App stores, payment platforms, and third-party services that you choose to connect may impose separate terms. Those terms govern your relationship with the relevant third party and do not reduce rights that applicable law grants you.

2. Service and Changes

HabitDone provides habit creation, reminders, completion records, statistics, and other features shown in the current version. Features may vary by operating system, version, region, and distribution channel. The version and notices available to you describe the applicable functionality.

We may add, adjust, or discontinue features for product improvement, security, operational, or legal reasons. We will provide reasonable advance notice through the app, website, or another appropriate method when a change materially affects your rights, except where law or an urgent security issue requires immediate action.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use HabitDone on a device that you lawfully control.

Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you may not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, circumvent technical safeguards, maliciously interfere with the service, or use HabitDone to develop or distribute unlawful or infringing tools. This restriction does not apply to conduct that applicable law expressly permits and does not allow us to exclude by contract.

4. Accounts and Security

Some features may require a HabitDone account or third-party sign-in. You must provide lawful and valid information, keep your contact details current, and protect your device, verification codes, and credentials. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses caused by intentionally disclosing credentials, allowing another person to use your account, or failing to take reasonable protective measures.

Contact us promptly through in-app support or the email below if you suspect unauthorized account use. We may verify your identity and temporarily restrict high-risk activity when reasonably necessary to protect the account.

You may request account closure through the in-app account settings or by emailing disonstudio@gmail.com. Closure affects account-dependent sync, entitlement restoration, and other services. Order, security, and dispute records may be retained where legally required. Closing a HabitDone account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription managed by an app store.

5. Your Data and Backups

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in habits, notes, records, and other content that you create. You authorize us to process that content only as necessary to provide features you select, protect the service, and comply with law, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

Some HabitDone data may be stored only on your device. You are responsible for using any available backup or export features. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device failure, an outage at a third-party backup provider, or user error may result in loss of data that was not backed up. We do not obtain passwords that you use directly with an independent backup provider and cannot control that provider's availability.

You must have the right to enter, import, back up, or share content through HabitDone and must not infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

6. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Refunds

HabitDone may offer subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other paid entitlements. The product name, included features, price, billing period, trial, auto-renewal terms, and applicable platform are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, payment platform, or distribution channel, whose payment and account rules also apply.
An auto-renewing product renews as described on the purchase page and by the platform. You can turn off renewal before the platform's stated deadline. Uninstalling HabitDone or closing your HabitDone account does not itself cancel renewal.
Purchase restoration and cross-device access may require the same store account, operating-system platform, product type, and supported channel. Orders from different channels generally cannot be transferred directly.
Refunds and transaction reversals are handled under applicable law, the valid disclosures shown at purchase, and the rules of the platform that collected payment. Nothing in this Agreement excludes a refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Redemption or activation codes may be used only within their stated scope, period, and conditions and may not be sold, forged, harvested, or used fraudulently.

Keep your order receipt and contact us if a charge or entitlement is incorrect. A refund for a purchase collected directly by an app store may need to be requested from that store.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use HabitDone to:

violate applicable law or another person's privacy, intellectual property, reputation, or other rights;
upload, import, or distribute malicious code, or attack, scan, access without authorization, or disrupt the service;
bypass payment, licensing, account, or security controls, falsify an order, tamper with the client, or abuse the service at scale;
impersonate or deceive another user, a third-party platform, or us; or
consume resources in a manner substantially beyond normal personal use and interfere with the service or other users.

If reliable evidence indicates a violation or an immediate security risk, we may issue a warning, restrict the affected feature, suspend access, or terminate service as reasonably necessary. Except for urgent security action or where notice is legally prohibited, we will provide the principal reason and a reasonable appeal channel.

8. Third-Party Services

App stores, payments, third-party sign-in, sharing, backup, and other external services accessed through HabitDone are independently provided. We take reasonable care in selecting and managing integrations but do not control an independent provider's network, systems, terms, or content.

If a third-party issue affects the service, we will provide reasonable assistance within our responsibilities and capabilities. This Agreement does not exclude any responsibility that the law places on us for provider selection, integration management, security, or consumer protection.

9. Intellectual Property

The HabitDone software, interface, trademarks, icons, text, images, technology, and other content provided by us or our licensors remain the property of the applicable rights holder. This Agreement does not transfer intellectual property to you.

Feedback does not affect rights you hold in your original content. You allow us to use general suggestions that do not contain your personal information, trade secrets, or protected content without charge to improve our products and services.

10. Privacy

We process personal information under the HabitDone Privacy Policy, which describes purposes, categories of information, device permissions, third-party services, retention, and your rights. A third party's privacy terms also apply when you use its independent service.

11. Interruption and Termination

We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but maintenance, upgrades, network or device failures, third-party outages, force majeure, legal requirements, or security incidents may cause interruptions. We will provide reasonable notice of foreseeable planned maintenance.

You may stop using and uninstall HabitDone at any time. Account-dependent services may be terminated by closing your account. Accrued payment obligations and provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, disputes, and any terms that by their nature should survive remain effective after termination.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HabitDone is a personal organization and tracking tool and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use reminders, records, and statistics. Consult a qualified professional when professional guidance is needed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and were not directly caused by our breach, or for losses caused by your failure to back up local data, your breach of this Agreement, or an independent third party beyond the liability assigned to us by law.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any responsibility under product quality, data protection, consumer protection, or other law that cannot be excluded or limited.

13. Minors

Users under 18 should review and use HabitDone with a parent or legal guardian. A minor must obtain guardian consent before purchasing a paid service. A guardian who believes that a minor used or purchased the service without appropriate consent may contact us.

14. Changes and Notices

We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in features, our operating model, or legal requirements. If an update materially affects your rights, we will notify you through a prominent in-app notice, pop-up, website notice, or another appropriate method and provide choices required by law. An updated Agreement takes effect on the stated date and is not retroactive beyond what applicable law permits.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of mainland China, except where mandatory law entitles you to the protection of another jurisdiction.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If that does not resolve the dispute, either party may bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Consumer complaint, mediation, and other statutory remedies remain available.
